An 8-Week Course in Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Tantra that is perfectly integrated into your day to day schedule & relationships.

We believe in integrated spirituality & the path of a Householder - the person who is living in the world, taking care of family, business, friendships, responsibilities and... still finding time for daily self-reflection & connection to the Source (even if it's a 10-15 min practice a day). 

Gods at Play is a community of daring Souls, that choose to recognize Divinity in each particle of this existence & to stay in love with life. 

We practice to purify our minds and nervous system from toxins, to strengthen & soften our bodies in all the right places, to get inspired & to keep our hearts open & ...  lastly - to create beauty & serve from a full cup - as our Dharma. 

How can all this be achieved you may ask?

Through:

  • SADHANA - daily practice of meditation, tantric kundalini yoga, journaling, contemplation on sacred texts & self-reflection
  • SANGHA - doing it with the community that is on the similar path, which makes the journey so much more enjoyable & supportive  
  • DHARMA - by first listening & then acting on the innermost call of our Souls. Each of us holds a unique & precious part of the puzzle of Human Collective Genius in service to The Whole


Hence this 8-Week Course of "Gods at Play" was created to gently awaken your Life-force/Shakti/Kundalini & to learn how to channel it's infinite power into your Dharma - into the loving service to humanity in your unique way with true joy & honor. 

In this course you will be led through the purification & strengthening of your energetic centers - CHAKRAS, to access infinite potential & witness your Soul's Essence crystalize. From the deepest crevices of your heart into a concrete, visible manifestation in the outer reality in the form of aligned friendships, business allies, romantic partners... but most importantly in the form of deep peace, clear alignment & profound self-love within yourself. 

Each week we will focus on a single Chakra as an aspect of your life, and you will be guided into activating it while using the following techniques:
  • Chakra Transmission - Learn about the energetic center conceptually and somatically
  • Kundalini Yoga Class - Purify, activate & direct the energy of this Chakra with awareness 
  • Meditation Practice - Open & stabilize heightened and fully connected to the Source state of consciousness
  • Royal Rituals - Integrate your awakening, dharmic devotion and innocent playfulness into your daily actions & habits
  • Contemplative Journal Practice - Ground your "aha" moments into the written form to gain perspective & clarity 
The last and actually the most important part is... EVERY thought, feeling and action you will emanate during this journey will be invited to experience as the most reverent, heart-centered, present Co-creation with Life. The way you think of, caress and honor any object of your attention (be it a business project you are developing, a meal you are cooking or a lover you're touching) matters. You will be invited to become a courageous, devoted and unapologetically playful Lover with Life. Sense of play is one of the key elements... this is a natural expression of our Inner Child, that is the bridge to The Universal Intelligence & Love. The quickest way to realize your Dharma is to re-invoke what you loved doing as a child... before society interfered & started telling you how to be, what to do & what to think. 
This is the place where we are coming back Home - to our Infinite Undying Self.

LIVE Guided 21-Day Challenge 

In addition to the recorded practices, that you can go though by yourself at any pace you are invited to join our 21-Day Challenge, which ar hosted 3 times a year, where you will be supported by Alesiana Ra - creator of this program & other participants through weekly Zoom calls. 

By the end of this challenge you will master Kundalini Yoga fundamentals, witness powerful shifts in your life & will be able to ask any questions in the process of growing. 

Every 3 days we will be working on a new Chakra & a new Gene Key (from gene Keys by Richard Rudd)  & within 21 days all seven Chakras will be fully explored 7 embodied on the whole other level.

Divine Attire and Presence

You will reconnect to your Inner King and Queen and fully embody Divine Essence through your unique posture, movement,  eloquence, and adornment.

Creative Liberty 

The feeling of any stagnation will be transmutted into creativity. The very pain/fear/resistance that we all experience sometimes will be used as fuel to expand creatively. Bring it on!

I am an Intuitive Guide on the Path of Awakening to Divinity, Truth, Love and Playful Innocence.

I am devoted to inspire the awakening of full potential within every human being that comes to play by my side & to continue to build safe physical & online spaces for Courageous Souls to come together and practice the remembering that we are Love in Human Form, that came here to Play with immense joy & reverence for each other.

I say “by my side”, because every single one of us has access to our Inner Guru and Lover.
It’s an inside job and truly only you can do it for yourself (and therefore for humanity). I can dance with you, encourage you, challenge you and suggest the tools to practice and directions to explore... and yet it is always YOUR CHOICE to show up and explore these modalities courageously with all of you.

Sometimes I may be your teacher, sometimes I will be your student, but mostly I am your Fellow Traveler and we are just walking each other HOME.
